I wake up every day feeling grateful for this business and the path I have taken my career.
Almost 6 years ago I changed careers from corporate process improvement to real estate. I’ve given it 100%, and have not looked back. The thing that surprised me about Real Estate - how many different directions you can go with your real estate licensure,
I love business, numbers, and the constant learning. I graduated from University of St. Catherine with a Masters in Organizational Leadership. Post college, I worked as a Six Sigma consultant and fell in love with helping organizations grow and improve. During that time, I built a custom home (not once, but twice) and got introduced to real estate. As time went by I became a mom and craved a life with more family time, more opportunities to build wealth, and a world which I could be always excited by a way to be impactful in a BIG way to people who needed help.
I created a financial plan and jumped in Real Estate and it absolutely changed my life. I have never looked back. I began in the custom home world, then started my own real estate business, soon began coaching, and most recently accepted the role of CEO with Keller Williams Realty Elite. Having a real estate business and getting to grow and coach top real estate agents to support their success is a dream. It feels like my careers collided and gave me the perfect combination.
What else is there to know about me? My brain runs fast and I am always ready to go. Deep conversations are my jam. I love to negotiate, understand what is the most important thing to my clients, and help people dream again. I love to be in the woods, out on the trails, or several cups deep into a pot of coffee. My WHY? My amazing partner Jon and our children, Mathias (16), Greyson (13), Emery (11), and Thatcher (8). Creating a beautiful life filled with experiences and opportunities for them lights my fire.
